Yoga in the Park

(for Children and Teens)

Yoga at Congress Park and High Rock Park, Saratoga Springs, NY,  is offered every Summer between June and August. Classes can be taken as a series or individually booked. Mats are provided.

Private sessions are being offered. Please email me at the email below if you have a group of children or teens that are interested in one or several private sessions. Sessions will be provided at High Rock Park and mats are provided.

Yoga and Mindfulness creates opportunities for children and teens to develop a healthy lifestyle. The students learn how to breathe consciously helping them calm their minds and improve self regulation. They move through different poses and body awareness exercises to stretch, strengthen and relax their bodies. A calm body and mind is crucial for our children and teens to be ready to focus and learn.
